I find it so interesting that there are so many different styles of pancakes across countries and cultures. Pancakes are one of those food items that bring people together and therefore it makes a fantastic party food. It’s great any time of day – breakfast, brunch or even dinner – it is sure to make your guests smile when they see they are being invited to a pancake party!!
